Carpet Cleaning Service and Tracking Software

A small family run carpet and upholstery cleaning company had a computer, but were unable to use it to their advantage. They were months behind with their billings and suffering a cash flow problem. Scheduling of clients was a problem, since their had to sort through sheets of paper to find openings.

They did not have the money for a large system, so we worked with them to give them a starter system that fit within their budget, and let them catch up with their billings and give an immediate solution for scheduling clients. The system was open ended in design to allow for expansion and enhancement, as required.

The data was programmed maintained in a Clarion database, for scheduling and calendars, it linked to Microsoft Outlook.
